Get a Sample before you place an order!! In the world of stationery, it’s very difficult to fully understand all the aspects of a card until you see and feel it in person. When the item is in hand, you are able to feel the thickness and richness of the paper, experience the quality of the printing, appreciate the likeness achieved in reproducing photos, and evaluate for yourself the overall quality of the product.

We do our best to accurately describe and represent our products on our website. That said, we encourage our prospective customers to request a free sample before they order. (Free samples are available for request for most of our products.) This is a feature unique to Trillium Paper - the majority of our competitors either do not provide samples or charge a fee for this customer service. While this is not a small expense for us, we feel it is very important to assist the customer in becoming knowledgeable about our products, and to help them make the best decision when it comes to choosing their stationery items.

Virtually all of our product offerings at Trillium Paper are custom stationery items – personalized with names, photos, dates, etc. While tailor-made merchandise is wonderful to create and share, it cannot, for obvious reasons, be returned. Please make sure you are comfortable with and understand what you are ordering. If you ever have any questions or would like clarification on a product do not hesitate to contact us.
